Easy to Use Jitterbug Cell Phone For Seniors

When I first heard about the Jitterbug cell phone from one of my close friends I thought about how plain and simple it was. It reminded me of a simple house phone. I decided to give it a try after I had problems with my over the top technological cell phone.

I remember the first time I tried the phone I absolutely loved the simplicity of the phone. It's a perfect cell phone for those who simply do not want to deal with all the technology of the new cell phones on the market.

Unlike most cell phones out on the market today, this phone does not have those confusing menus that all the other cell phones have. You have the option of either selecting yes or no depending on what you want to do, which makes using this phone as easy as 1-2-3.

Another great feature about the Jitterbug phone is the large number buttons. I love the number buttons compared to cell phones such as the Blackberry's. I have large, chubby fingers which make it difficult to punch in numbers on small number buttons.

I also noticed that the incoming and outgoing calls are crisp clear and the phone even reduces the background noises that other higher priced cell phones do not.

The Jitterbug cell phone also has a caller id like all the other cell phones and most house phones.

Out of all the things I love about the Jitterbug, I think the one thing I love the most is the fact that there are not any contracts with the Jitterbug. With all of my previous cell phone companies I have always had to sign a contract before I could get a cell phone. The bad thing about contracts is the fact that you are bound to them generally for 1 year minimum. With some cell phone companies the contracts are as long as 2 years. I dislike contracts because if for some reason I want to change my cell phone before the contract is over I get charged an expensive fee.

However, I was thrilled that the Jitterbug phone does not have a contract. Also, the fact that the Jitterbug is extremely affordable in my opinion.

I highly recommend the Jitterbug phone to anyone who is not technology savvy such as grandparents and parents as well as those who are just getting their first cell phones. It's very user friendly when compared to other cell phones, and does not come with the hassle of having to get a contract.
